The College’s final assembly celebrated a year of achievement, recognising students’ academic excellence, consistent effort, community service, and contributions beyond the classroom. Highlights included Subject Excellence and Endeavour Awards, House Charism Awards, and the announcement of the 2026 Year 9 Student Leaders.

Team JPC finished the Junior DAV Debating competition undefeated! Emily S, Maxx M, Hugo M and Kyla H impressed with their teamwork, clear communication, and growing confidence. The Junior School Debating Program continues to develop critical thinking, collaboration, and public speaking skills.

Students from the Year 7 Gifted and Talented and Year 8 Elevate and Explore programs hosted showcase afternoons, presenting creative, student-led projects to families, students and staff. Both events highlighted curiosity, growth and impressive engagement across a wide range of topics.

Outstanding creativity was on display at the SIS Art and Technology Exhibition at Cube 37, where JPC’s Indi S and Jasmine T won their categories for Visual Communication Design and Product Design, celebrating the innovation and skill of our talented student artists and designers.

Support the Community Companion Van this holiday season by donating eligible containers through CDS VIC using our partner code C2 00 00 69 036. Every contribution helps provide essential supplies like bread and cheese for the weekly toasties, continuing the initiative’s decade-long support for our local community.

Year 10 students packed bread for the Community Companion Van, seeing firsthand how volunteers and donations come together to support people in need. The experience showed how small acts of service and teamwork can make a real difference in the community.

Year 7 student Zak B recently appeared on Hard Quiz Kids, winning his episode in a tie-break. Stepping beyond his comfort zone, he embraced the challenge, stayed calm under pressure and showcased his impressive knowledge of Australian politics.

Year 7 student Max R represented Victoria at the Australian Junior Goalball Championships, earning a spot in the All Star Junior Team, finishing as second-highest scorer, and being selected for the Australian Youth Squad. An incredible achievement - well done, Max!

The Mornington Uniform Shop has released its extended trading hours for December and January to support families preparing for the new school year. With additional weekday and Saturday sessions available, families are encouraged to plan ahead and check the full schedule.

PAM access has now been restored for web users, with enhanced security measures in place. All families are required to reset their password and continue using Multi-factor Authentication. The PAM app remains offline. Further instructions and support details are included in this update.

The College celebrated alumni from the Classes of 1985 and 1995 with 40 and 30-year reunions, alongside a first-year reunion for the Class of 2024. Alumni reconnected with classmates, shared memories, and celebrated achievements, making each gathering a truly memorable occasion.
