Parent Access Module (PAM)

John Paul College uses SIMON as our Learning Management System, providing staff and students with a shared and collaborative learning.

Parent Access Module (PAM) provides parents and guardians with quick, easy access to your child’s academic program, results.


Flexischools - Canteen purchases and ordering

Flexischools allows families to conveniently order and pay for recess snacks and lunches via the Flexischools app or website.

With Flexischools, you can:

  • Place and pay for orders in seconds
  • View the latest menu and available items
  • Quickly reorder your favourites

Getting Started is Easy!

Step 1 - Download the Flexischools app from the Apple or Google store or register online. 

Step 2 -  Enter your email to create an account 

Step 3 - Once your account is set up, In the navigation bar add your student(s) under Profile > Students > Add New

Step 4 -  Click ‘Order Food’ to place your order and make payment. Orders can be placed at any time, up until the daily cut-off time displayed in the app.

Families can also choose to set up a student login, allowing students to manage their own orders – a great way to encourage independence.

Students can link their Crest Card to a Flexischools account to make purchases directly at the canteen using their Crest Card.

To enable this feature, you must:

  • Opt in for over-the-counter payments via your Flexischools account.
  • Find your child’s card number printed below the barcode on the back of their student card.

SIMON Everywhere App!

A convenient tool to access the Parent Access Module (PAM) and receive important notifications from the College directly on your mobile device. Use your existing PAM login credentials to get started!

Features of SIMON Everywhere:

  • Provide consent for camps and excursions
  • Book Parent/Teacher & SSG meetings
  • Notify the College of student absences
  • Access the College calendar and newsletter

Getting Started is Easy!

Step 1 - Download the SIMON Everywhere App through the Apple or Google store 

Step 2 - Open the App and enter your name and mobile number to request a one-time SMS Code

Step 3 - Enter your one-time password and select login

Step 4 - Select the +Add School tile and search for John Paul College, then select Parent Access Login

Step 6 - Enter your PAM credentials and select submit
