John Paul College offers subsidised private buses to students residing in nearby suburbs, ensuring a secure transportation option. These buses are independent of the Public Transport Victoria system and exclusively serve John Paul College students.
Buses conveniently drop off and pick up students from inside the College grounds, at their designated bays. This transport system gives parents peace of mind and offers children a safe and easy way to jump on their correct bus home.John Paul College Charter Buses operate in various neighbouring areas, such as Sandhurst, Langwarrin, Botanic Ridge, Carrum Downs, Skye, Chelsea, Seaford, and Patterson Lakes. The bus routes are reviewed annually and adjusted based on student demand and the locations of current students. To be eligible for these buses, parents must complete an online application to reserve spots for their children on the buses for the upcoming year.

Buses that run through Ventura and Cranbourne Transit are provided by Public Transport Victoria and operate on a user pay system. Ticketing information and frequent travel package options are available for purchase at the Frankston Train Station.
