John Paul College is committed to offering a Catholic Education at a very affordable price for the children of families in our region. Whilst the College receives State and Commonwealth funding, this funding is insufficient to meet the costs of operating, maintaining and improving facilities at the school. School fees are payable by parents to meet this shortfall.
School fees assist with the payment of items such as staff salaries, school maintenance, power and lighting, insurances, improvements, loan repayments, education costs such as library books, class notes, art materials, class excursions and inter school activities.
Fees are set by the College Board and parents are advised in November of the following year’s costs.

John Paul College has a commitment to assist families in meeting the costs of secondary education. This includes assistance to those families whose circumstances prevent them from meeting the full cost of fees. In the interests of fairness to full fee paying families, assistance is means tested. If you wish to enrol your child at John Paul College, but believe you are unable to meet the financial commitment involved, please make an appointment through the Finance Office to discuss your circumstances with the Business Manager. Matters raised will be treated with respect and dignity.
CSEF may be provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities. If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF. The allowance will be paid to John Paul College to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions or sporting activities for the benefit of your child. Flyer and application form will be located below in the Downloads section, when they become available.
