Booklist

Booklist - Year 7 2024

The College's official school Booklist supplier is Campion. We strongly recommend books be purchased online as Campion will deliver any books that are unavailable at the time of purchase at a later date when they become available.

To order books and equipment from the Booklists:

  • Select the items you wish to purchase. Click continue and follow the instructions to finalise your purchase.
  • If you have multiple children, you will need to submit a separate order for each student.

Finance Office and Payment of School Fees

The Finance Office will be open from 8.00am to 4.00pm from Monday 29th January 2024. It is located in the main administration building (enter via Gate 5). Alternatively you can email jpcfinance@jpc.vic.edu.au with any school fee related query, including financial difficulties in relation to school fees.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program

John Paul College has been working with a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) program for a number of years, which sees every student bring an electronic device to school to support their learning.

The BYOD program supports student learning. The below document includes cyber safety responsibilities, frequently asked questions relating to the program and device specifications.

Uniform Shop

The John Paul College Uniform shop is managed by Dobsons, offering instore and online purchasing services. 

Regular Opening Hours: Thursdays 12:30pm – 4.00pm and Saturdays 9:00am – 12:00pm. 

Facing the College from McMahons Road, the shop is located to the left of the gymnasium, in the Stella Maris Centre (enter via Gate 6 or Gate 8).

John Paul College is conscious of improving recycling levels and of the desire by many parents wishing to trade their second-hand education items. To assist in improving services to parents at the school, we offer the below services for you to consider.

Charter Buses

John Paul College provides subsidised bus services for students residing in the Chelsea, Patterson Lakes, Seaford, Sandhurst, Botanic Ridge and Carrum Downs areas. These buses are not part of the Public Transport system and will only be carrying John Paul College students. 

Places on the buses are subject to transport regulations. Should demand exceed bus capacity a waiting list will be created. As places are limited, casual use of the bus service is not available. 

If you haven’t already applied online and would like your child to be considered for a place on the bus in 2024, please contact Reception via reception@jpc.vic.edu.au

Bus seat allocations will be provided by email before the end of the 2023 school year. 

Annual Pass per student $1000.

Travel without a valid pass will not be permitted. 

Conditions of Use


John Paul College Health Centre

John Paul College has a well equipped Health Centre attended by a registered nurse. The College Nurse is responsible for the management and operation of the Health Centre, and care of the students and staff who require first aid, basic medical assistance and holistic welfare during school hours.

Instrumental Music Program and Scholarships

Students are able to elect to learn a musical instrument of their choice from our contemporary instrumental music program. Private Instrumental Music lessons are available on an individual basis or in a group of two students. Instrumental music lessons are available for Voice, Piano, Guitar, Bass Guitar and Drumkit.

John Paul College also offers annual music scholarships to high performing students who show outstanding potential on a musical instrument of their choice. Instruments offered are: Voice (Singing), Piano/Keyboard, Guitar (Electric and Acoustic), Bass Guitar and Drumkit.
