This term, John Paul College warmly welcomed Year 5 students from our local Parish Primary schools, including St Anne's, St Augustine’s, St Francis Xavier, St John's, St Joseph's, St Jude's, and St Joachim's.
The students enjoyed a series of engaging transition mornings, participating in hands-on Science activities such as making elephant toothpaste, exploring acids and bases, performing flame tests, and blowing up balloons without using air. In Food Technology, they created delicious mini pizzas and yoghurt bowls - all designed to spark curiosity and build confidence as they explored secondary school life.
A big thank you to our amazing Year 9 helpers who supported the sessions throughout the term and helped make the experience so welcoming for our visitors.
We extend our sincere thanks to all the schools and students who participated, making these mornings truly special. We look forward to welcoming many of you into the John Paul College community in 2027.
