The Space is a safe, supportive area designed to empower students to manage their emotions, reduce stress, and regain focus. Through a compassionate and inclusive environment, we provide tools and resources that promote emotional wellbeing, self-regulation, and resilience.
This space is intended to facilitate emotional regulation, enabling students to return to a state of readiness for learning. Grounded in the principles of The Zones of Regulation framework, this approach helps students build awareness of their emotional states and develop strategies to support regulation in real time.
The Wellbeing Space is available to students on an as-needed basis. For some, this may involve a brief visit, while others may require the space for an extended period, potentially the duration of a full period.
The primary objective of the Wellbeing Space is to assist students in achieving emotional regulation, thereby supporting their timely reintegration into the learning environment.
