Celebrating the Class of 2025 Graduation

23 October 2025

The final day for our Year 12 students was a memorable and emotional occasion, marking the conclusion of their secondary school journey at John Paul College. The day was filled with laughter, tears, and heartfelt farewells as these outstanding young adults reflected on their experiences and celebrated the friendships they have forged along the way. The College proudly acknowledges their achievements, from academic success to personal growth.

During the Year 12 Final Assembly, the Light of Leadership ceremony marked the passing of responsibility as the 2025 Leaders received a candle from the outgoing 2024 Leaders. In a gesture of gratitude, the new leaders presented a gift to their predecessors to honour their contributions.

The assembly also recognised the 2025 House Shield winner. Congratulations to Chaminade House for earning the 2025 Rick Van Duppen House Shield! This award celebrates House Spirit and the legacy of Mr. Van Duppen, who encouraged all students to "just have a go." House Leaders Ryan and Ella-Grace proudly accepted the award on behalf of their House.

The celebrations concluded with the Year 12 Graduation Mass, a meaningful gathering of students, staff, and families to reflect on the journey and achievements of the Class of 2025. The day ended with a sense of gratitude, pride, and optimism for the future.

We wish the Class of 2025 every success as they embark on the next chapter of their lives.
