John Paul College proudly congratulates Skye T and Jake B, who were recognised at the 2025 Peninsula Applied Learning (PAL) Awards for their outstanding commitment to their VCE Vocational Major studies.
Skye was acknowledged for her strong work ethic and dedication across her classes, VET studies, and workplace learning. As a VCE VM Leader, she has demonstrated leadership and confidence, notably as one of the Masters of Ceremony for an ANZAC service at a local primary school. Skye’s involvement in community and school partnerships, including Skye Lodge and St John’s Primary School, highlights her initiative and willingness to learn.
Jake was recognised for his enthusiasm, generosity, and leadership within the VCE VM program. He brings energy to every class, mentors his peers, and contributes positively to group projects and community initiatives. His participation in activities such as the ANZAC Ceremony, trivia at Skye Lodge, veterans’ biography recordings, and an anti-bullying campaign reflects his commitment to making a difference.
The PAL Awards celebrate excellence in Vocational Applied Learning across the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula region. John Paul College congratulates all regional recipients and celebrates Skye and Jake for representing the College with pride and distinction.
