Counselling Services at JPC

12 August 2025

The John Paul College Counselling Team is available to support students with a range of personal, social, and academic challenges. Whether it’s managing school pressure, navigating friendships, resolving conflicts, or coping with family concerns, our counsellors are here to listen, support, and guide.

Students can seek help for issues such as peer pressure, mental health and wellbeing, making difficult decisions, or feeling overwhelmed. Short-term counselling is offered, with up to 4 - 6 sessions available to assist students in developing strategies and finding solutions.

To arrange a session, students are encouraged to visit the Wellbeing Hub in the West Office or speak with their Pastoral Teacher or Coordinator for a referral. At JPC, we believe no concern is too small - support is always within reach.
