Year 12 Students Take Time to Reflect During Retreats

22 June 2026

As part of RISE Week (Reflect – Year 12 Retreats, Innovate – Years 7 and 8 STEM Week, Study – Years 10 and 11 Exams, Explore – Year 9 MUSE), Year 12 students participated in their Faith and Mission Retreats under the Reflect pillar, offering a valuable opportunity to pause, reflect and reconnect.

Stepping away from the demands of academic study, students engaged in experiences designed to support personal growth, strengthen relationships and encourage deeper reflection on values, purpose and future aspirations.

Through shared activities, guided conversations and personal reflection time, students were encouraged to consider their journey through secondary school and the legacy they wish to create as they prepare for life beyond John Paul College.

Grounded in the College’s Faith and Mission, the retreat experience supports students in developing greater clarity, confidence and purpose as they approach the final stage of their schooling.

Year 12 Retreat provides an important space for this reflection, ensuring students are supported not only academically, but personally and spiritually as they prepare for their future.
