Blooming creativity at Arts Night

18 September 2025

Arts Night was once again a highlight of the John Paul College calendar, this year centred around the theme Bloom – A celebration of identity, growth and the journey of becoming who you are.

Arts Night was such a wonderful experience, it keeps getting better and better each year! Can't wait for next year!

The Ngargee Centre came alive with exhibitions from Visual Arts, Product Design, and Visual Communication, each display reflecting the imagination and skill of its creator. Guests were treated to light refreshments prepared by Food Technology students as they explored the diverse works on show.

The evening concert captivated the audience with an impressive line-up of Music, Dance, and Drama performances from students across all year levels. From moving solo acts and lively band pieces to dynamic dance routines, monologues, and aerobics, the program highlighted the breadth of talent across the College.

Being able to perform and express myself in front of everyone was exhilarating!

Performing Arts Concert

Being in Year 12, this Arts Night was an amazing way to conclude my music journey with JPC. Our band's live performance to Nirvana's 'In Bloom' was an exhilarating testament to Grunge music, and the Arts Night performances were proof that students at JPC can rock out like nobody else.

The night concluded with excitement as the 2026 College production was revealed — The Addams Family.

Arts Night was a true celebration of creativity, with the theme Bloom beautifully expressed through the talent and dedication of our students.

Being part of Arts Night showed me how much talent and creativity we have at our school.
