Outstanding creativity and craftsmanship were on display as John Paul College students showcased their work at the SIS Art and Technology Exhibition, held at Cube 37 in Frankston.
A special congratulation to our JPC award winners, Indi S (Year 12), for her Visual Communication Design Presentation Boards: Pods & Pages Interactive Reading App and Building Design, and Jasmine T (Year 11), for her innovative LED light design. Their success highlights the exceptional talent and dedication within our Arts and Technology programs.
My design was inspired by the idea to create a multi-use table light that feels unique and different from standard desk lamps. I wanted something that could switch between practical lighting and softer lighting that was clean, modern, and visually appealing. What I found most rewarding was learning how to problem solve and adjust my ideas during the process, especially when testing different lighting effects. It was exciting to see my vision come to life and learn from each challenge along the way.
