Pines Forest Aquatic Centre was alive with colour, cheers and House pride as Year 7, 8 and 9 students competed in the Middle School Swimming Carnival. From 25m and 50m races to fun novelty events, students gave their all, earning valuable points for their Houses.
The energy was infectious, with students encouraging one another, celebrating every effort, and demonstrating outstanding sportsmanship. Congratulations to all Houses for your teamwork, enthusiasm and dedication.
Results:• 1st – Chaminade House: 767 points• 2nd – D’Houet House: 737 points• 3rd – Turner House: 700 points• 4th – Olsen House: 647 points
I felt proud to be a Chaminade House leader seeing everyone do everything they could to help our House win. I loved how all our relay teams were full, with so many students wanting to join. Well done to everyone who got involved and gave it their all - it was a truly memorable day.
It was so great to see everyone having such a great time during the Swimming Carnival. When I heard that our House had won, I was extremely happy and knew our team spirit and relentless effort played a big role in the result.
Well done to all students for making the Carnival a fantastic celebration of House spirit and camaraderie.
