Partner Primary Schools

Our region has a vibrant community of Catholic primary schools that work in partnership with John Paul College 

The local network of Catholic schools in the greater Frankston area work closely together to develop students across their whole education journey. We are committed to working with families to provide a comprehensive education from Prep through to Year 12.  We ensure that transition between primary and secondary schooling is seamless and there are combined activities for students to extend and support learning in literacy, numeracy and leadership.


 St Joseph’s, Chelsea

Located in Chelsea, St Joseph’s was established over 80 years ago and has the motto “Always Faithful”  It has an enrolment of about 365 students and is set on a small but well maintained site.  The school has a strong commitment to developing the spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional and physical capabilities of each child.  Classrooms have been recently upgraded and the school features a new library and a new multi-purpose area.


 St Anne’s, Seaford

St Anne’s in Seaford is a school of approximately 150 students. The school is set in spacious gardens and the play area is extensive, featuring adventure playgrounds, netball and basketball courts and a large grassed area. St Anne’s is committed to educating the whole child within a comprehensive and relevant curriculum. There is a strong emphasis on the core disciplines of numeracy and literacy while developing students’ self-confidence and self-esteem through the arts.


 St Augustines, Frankston South

St Augustine’s is one of two primary schools attached to the parish of St Francis Xavier, Frankston. It is situated four kilometres out of Frankston and is set on just over three hectares of land with a natural bush setting.
The school emblem for St Augustine’s depicts our Christianity, learning and the people who form our school community.
St Augustine’s is an important part of the St Francis Xavier Parish community and has a current enrolemnt of approximately 340 students. All families are warmly invited and encouraged to participate in the life of the Parish.


 St Jude’s, Langwarrin

St Jude’s is a Catholic Primary School that serves the Parish of Langwarrin.

The school has 11 classes from Prep through to Year 6 with an average class size of less than 25. An enthusiastic staff work in a modern well resourced and climate controlled school.  Parents are active in the partnership of education and participate in many of the extra curricular activities. The school's vision statement encompasses all that it does.

 St John's, Frankston East

St John's was established in 1967 and provides primary education for the children in the Frankston East area. The school is renowned for its strong parent involvement centred on its Catholic identity and has a high focus on Literacy, Numeracy and the specialist areas of I.T., Phys Ed, the Art and Music.


 St Joachim’s, Carrum Downs

Located in Carrum Downs, St Joachim’s is a school which prides itself on providing inspired teaching and inspired learning.The school strives to provide a positive and friendly learning environment and to stimulate the intellectual, creative and aesthetic values of each student.
