Enrolments

Enquiries for all year levels are welcome throughout the year. All enquiries will be considered in light of vacancies available at the time.

For an information and enrolment pack, please contact our enrolment and marketing coordinator on 9784 0200.

Enrolment Process:

Registration is the first official step in having your child enrolled. Your application should be sent to us, along with:

  • A photocopy of your child's latest report of academic performance

  • A photocopy of your child's birth certificate

  • A photocopy of your child's baptism certificate

  • Registration fee of $100 (non refundable if the application is withdrawn). $20 will be returned if the school is unable to accommodate your child.

Interviews are arranged to inform you of the objectives of the college and to discuss the academic capabilities of your child in relation to the program of studies at John Paul College.

Acceptance is influenced by:

  • An estimation as to whether our program of studies is the most appropriate for your child, or our school situation the most desirable

  • References and reports from previous school and Parish Priest.

The John Paul College Enrolment Policy has four categories of enrolment in order of priority:

  1. Catholic children from the Parishes of the region

  2. Brothers and sisters of currently enrolled students

  3. Catholic children from Parishes outside the region

  4. Other students. Each application judged on its merit and in the light of available places.
